Bluffers Park and Marina is a beautiful parkland in Scarborough, Ontario. If you take Brimley Rd south, you can't go wrong. It will take you to the park on the lake. It is located on the lake Ontario with a playground, restaurant, marina, and a beach.
You can spend my beautiful moments here at different times of the year. In summer you can go to a small beach with beautiful sand and shallow waters. It is possible to have a long walk around the park with places to stop and admire amazing views. Canadian geese, ducks and white swans are regulars in the park. However, the most amazing views, in my opinion, are on cold and windy days. Yes, that is right. Go to the part where you have easy access to the lake. I drive to the restaurant’s parking lot, so close to the lake where you can park and admire the frozen lake and its shores. I have seen quite amazing nature creations there.
Summertime, you can have your wedding ceremony on the shores of Lake Ontario. The walk to this site is through the boat park, and believe me, and the view is fantastic.
We designed a ceremony arch, and let me tell you, and nature helped a bit. We sourced some of the extra vines to add to the arch and add to the head table. The only drawback to the perfect setting was a wind off the lake. But, I think we can call it a summer breeze off the lake Ontario. Please follow the link to see the ceremony decor on the lake.
Bluffers Restaurant is the place where we had a christening party for our daughter, Camilla; I still remember the taste of the most fantastic stake I ever had.
